  • Guided ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours) during the event week.

  • Serving as the primary point of communication for guests, guiding transitions (cake cutting, first dances, toasts, etc.).

  • Comprehensive timeline management for all vendors and event activities.

  • Remote and in-person consultations, scheduled throughout the planning process.

  • Assistance with additional event components such as rehearsal dinners or welcome parties.

  • Finalization of additional labor needs 2-6 weeks before the event.

PARTIAL PLANNING SERVICES & DAY-OF-COORDINATION

  • Two consultations: one at six weeks out and one at two weeks out.

  • Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination.

  • Finalization of additional labor needs 2-6 weeks before the event.

This package includes:

  • Up to 12 hours of on-site event coordination.

  • Timeline creation and vendor communication (starting 4-6 weeks before the event).

  • Guided ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours, week of event).

  • Oversight of ceremony and reception.

  • Management of event transitions (cake cutting, dances, toasts, etc.).

  • Hands-on problem-solving throughout the event.

  • Final consultation at two weeks out.
